The children in Year 5 are very excited about their Survival topic. They have enjoyed an off-site adventure day, and have been reading Michael Morpurgo's Kensuki's Kingdom, all as inspiration for the final event - their 'Survival Day' (and night!) in school. They will be designing and building their own survival tents in the school hall, and putting them to the test with an overnight stay!
