On Thursday 13th June, we took four teams to the West Reading Schools Girls Football Tournament organised by the Tilehurst Panthers Football Club. Despite the weather, it was a brilliant few hours of football after school at Linear park. All the teams did really well, played lots of football and scored many goals between them. They final match in the Under 11s was Birch Copse vs Birch Copse, which was a great way to round it all off. Each child that played received a medal at the end. We are proud of the way the girls played together and demonstrated the school values whilst taking part.
