Local lady Jenni has received a lot of media interest in her campaign to supply knitted comfort dolls to the children of Ukraine, and Mrs McCrossan organised for the knitting patterns, wool and needles to be available to anyone in our school community who wanted to help out. A knitting club was started at school, so that the children could contribute too - this was very popular! In July, Jenni visited the school to receive 75 knitted dolls, made by children, parents and grandparents!
